On July 23-25 2025, as part of research program No. BR24992875, titled “Development of Sign Language Resources Using Artificial Intelligence for People with Hearing and Speech Impairments”, a research visit was organized to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During the visit, participation took place in the First International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Engineering Science (ICCIES 2025) hosted by Ton Duc Thang University, where a presentation was delivered on the topic “Current Trends in Developing Parallel Corpora for Text-to-Sign Language Translation.” The article prepared within the framework of the project was published in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS, volume 2585) series.
Discussions focused on the practical implementation of the project and outlined directions for preparing joint scientific publications, which are planned for submission to Scopus and/or Web of Science indexed journals.
As part of the visit, our colleagues gave a presentation of the modern laboratories at Ton Duc Thang University.
This research trip significantly contributed to strengthening scientific cooperation and opened new opportunities for the international development of the project.
