Kartbayev Amandyk Zhankozhauly, in 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpaeva, Department of Technical Cybernetics, majoring in Information Systems. In 2010 he graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, majoring in Information Systems. In 2011-2014 he studied at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, majoring in Information Systems. In 2018, he defended his Ph.D. in Information Systems at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. For the entire period of study, the average GPA score is above 3.85.

He began his official career in 2008 as a system administrator of BOLZ LLP in Almaty. Then, from 2010 to 2018, he worked as a teacher and researcher at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty. In 2013-2014 passed a scientific internship at FBK-IRST, Trento, Italy. In 2014-2015 was a Senior Specialist of DIT KazNIPIMunayGas (JSC Kazmunaigas), Aktau. From 2019 to 2021, associate professor at KSUTI named after Sh. Yessenov, Aktau. From 2021 to the present, he is an associate professor at the Kazakh-British Technical University, Almaty. For all the time he has published more than 30 scientific papers, including those indexed by the Scopus database. He is fluent in Kazakh, holds IELTS English language certificates with a GPA of 7.0 (level C1), Microsoft Certified Developer, Cisco Certified Specialist and Oracle Certified Cloud Specialist.
