Title: Development of the fundamentals of technology for creating models and software for building distributed information systems supporting scientific and educational activities (with account of the Kazakh language morphology).

The object of research, development or design: Electronic library management systems to support research and education activities.

Aim of work: The main goal of this project is the development of technology in use when creating a management system for electronic libraries, as a standard storage system and access to information resources. The process of conceptualization of subject areas, first of all, involves the development of ontologies in research communities for the formalization and systematization of knowledge about the characteristics and phenomena characteristic of these areas.

Research methods: The formalization of the methodology for creating classification structures from a variety of unstructured objects is carried out within the framework of applied methods for analyzing data and knowledge: cluster analysis, taxonomy, automatic classification, thematic filtering, etc.

Field of application: All objects and subjects, leading educational activities, engaged in scientific research, as well as working with large collections of documents, libraries and other organizations that are holders large arrays of digital content.
