The object of research, development or design: Encryption systems, digital signature systems, access control systems and conflict resolution systems
Aim of work: Development of an automated system in Kazakhstan segment of protected cross-border exchange of electronic documents with the international cooperation of Kazakhstan, in particular, with the countries of the CIS and the Eurasian Economic Union.
Research methods: Cryptographic protection methods are the effective methods in ensuring the protection of cross-border interaction. In the development of cryptographic systems of information will apply the algebraic approach based on polynomial nonpositional notations
