Head of laboratory "Intellectual systems of control and forecasting"

 

        The unique immune network technology of construction of intellectual systems of forecasting and control of complex objects in the conditions of uncertainty of parameters based on the biological approach of artificial immune systems (AIS) has been developed. This technology for processing and forecasting multidimensional data is aimed at reduction of generalization error and increase the reliability of forecast based on properties of homologous proteins.

        The results of researches were applied at development the following applications: distance learning systems in Internet environment, at computer molecular design of medicines with predefined properties, on information security on the basis of biometric parameters, for intellectualization of systems of industrial automation on the equipment Schneider Electric and in aerospace.

       The innovative technology of distance learning for people with visual disabilities has been developed based on multi-agent approach and the methods of artificial intelligence with the aim of studying the latest technologies on expensive equipment in laboratories for collective use and obtaining high-quality engineering education.

        The act of introduction has been received in the Almaty branch of the public association "Kazakhstan Society of Blind People".

      The following projects are implemented in the laboratory 2018-2020 years:
 

      - Development of cognitive Smart - technology for intelligent complex objects control systems based on artificial intelligence approaches (Priority direction: No. 3. Information, telecommunication and space technologies, scientific researches in the field of natural sciences).  

      - Development  and analysis of database for information system of forecasting "structure-property" relationship of drugs based on artificial intelligent algorithms (This project is carried out jointly with Kazakh-British Technical University. Priority direction: No.4. Science about life and health).  

      The following projects had been implemented in the laboratory 2015-2017 years:

      - Development of information technology, algorithms, software and hardware for intelligent systems of control of complex objects in conditions of parametric uncertainty.

      - Computer molecular design of medical drugs on the basis of immune network modeling.

 

      During the projects implementation the following main results were obtained:

  • developed an operational model for diagnosing the system based on immune network technology and for predicting the technical state of the equipment using the Random Forest algorithm in the framework of the development of the immune regulator concept for intelligent control systems based on the SADT (Structure Analysis and Design Technic) and AMDEC (Analyze Des Modes de Défaillances et des leurs Effects et leur criticité, analysis of operating modes and failures, their influence and degree of criticality) approaches.
  • developed an intelligent complex object control system with a regulator synthesized on the basis of a genetic algorithm and with compensators of interrelations, algorithmic support and software.
  • developed a smart-system of distance learning (DL) for people with impaired vision (PIV) on the basis of a multi-agent approach using various intellectual, cognitive and statistical methods in order to obtain quality engineering education in shared laboratories (SL).
  • developed an intelligent information system for conducting researches "SIIM (Swarm Intelligence for Immune network Modeling)" and for predicting the structure-property/activity relationship of new drugs based on immune network modeling in accordance with the concept of multi-algorithm approach and algorithms of swarm intelligence.
  • obtained the SDL diagram of parallel processes for processing descriptors of chemical compounds on the basis of intelligent algorithms for preliminary data processing and for solving the classification problem;
  • developed graphic models in the Rapid Miner software package for preliminary processing of data based on artificial intelligence methods and statistical analysis of data such as: random forest, principal component method, genetic algorithm, as well as to solve the classification problem based on the methods of "nearest neighbor", support vectors and neural networks.
  • developed an algorithm and software for the synthesis of a neuro-fuzzy network for an artificial immune system of sulfanilamide therapy.
  • passed PhD doctoral dissertation by Shayakhmetova A.S. in KazNTRU on the project theme "Development of intelligent technology oа distance learning for people with disabilities".
